About me
Over the years I learned music through productive procrastination; meaning I was always leaving everything at hand and just playing music.
Later on, I realized that I am not doing music as a side hobby, but rather everything else is kind of a side hustle, and my main pursuit in life is to keep playing music.

Jam Sessions
Psychedelic Cave Rock
A cave of music and spirits, producing sounds with what we had at the time. the Psychedelic Cave Rock was located in a cave in the old town of Siwa Oasis "Shali Ghadi"
I set up the sign on my bike rental shed, immediately it attracted musicians who were roaming and exploring the place. in every session, it went spontaneous and unexpected. every time there was a new musician and new talent.

CityJam Dessau
As soon as I arrived in Dessau for my master's degree, I went to the first event of the new semester for City Jam. I was hooked immediately, and I became part of the team directly after this session.
a few months later, a lot of people from the jam sessions were already moving out after graduation, which meant the sessions might not continue to happen.
I took the courtesy to continue this project and keep facilitating those sessions. Jonny & Ary, who were the founders of jam sessions, left me their instruments so I could keep the legacy they built in Dessau going.

MusicScape
My connection to music started when I changed to another class in high school. I was distant from my old friends, and I needed a new companion. I started off listening to 90s metal, and from then the Cambrian explosion of musical tastes started.
Somehow those indecipherable meanings behind System of a Down songs helped me figure out so much about myself just by starting to question things
During this time it was my first time going to a gym, and those long Metallica songs were my energy booster to get over a 30-minute treadmill run.
How i Started..
Milestones
when I joined the University, I sold my phone and borrowed some money from my sister to buy my first guitar. I initially wanted to play the bass, but a classical guitar was cheaper. I only got to play some bass 10 years later after my first instrument experience.
During my studies, it was my main gateway from the stresses of Architecture. I would spend hours playing on my instrument rather than finishing an assignment. Somehow a productive form of procrastination.
Upon my graduation, Covid-19 happened I had to stay home for a lot of time, obviously. so I filled up my time with learning basic production and composition to pass the quarantine times
