I Don't Get it Here

Someone said this exhibition is about pottery

But nothing here made sense to me...

There were huge concrete cans

All these small potteries didn't make sense

These copper films also didn't make sense

Their placement

Their arrangement

The wastage of spaces

Nothing here made sense

I liked the shadow play of the frames

There were 2 frames exclusively in white

Nothing there made sense

And what about this small pavilion in the middle with burnt wood

It had some pottery inside displayed on a high shelf; it makes you look up

As my friend said, "what's that shit? Free drinks at least!"

When i asked: what's the weirdest thing you could find here, the answer was:

"you can get Kaffetee from a vending machine there"

My highlight was meeting Francis Kéré Diébédo from Kéré Architecture
